The team was so sweet and helpful during our stay. Parking is valet only which is a little annoying because all the cars are parked in the lot right outside the hotel, but I do understand their need to know which cars are supposed to be there or not. The room was cozy and the beds were comfortable. the whole hotel was very clean and overall quiet. We were staying on a week day though so I can't speak for weekend crowds. Other guests left reviews of the noise from the valet and car alarms but we didn't have that experience so maybe it's gotten better. The location is nice, it's only a 10-20 minute walk to most of the places you would want to go as a tourist in Memphis. The location felt fairly safe but we could hear people arguing outside at night but that is pretty standard for any larger city. I would definitely stay here again if I was staying somewhere in Memphis and will be recommending it to anyone I know who is stopping through.

All in all a good experience. The Moxy was a great place to stay, the service was fantastic. Memphis however was a little disappointing. With the exception of Graceland and the events surrounding Graceland, there really wasn't much to do. Beale street is unkept and seemed extremely dangerous to visitors. You would think that the city of Memphis would do a better job in maintaining and upkeeping such an historical place especially as it pertains to tourists.

Mario

Design hotel focused on music and rock. The lobby is a show in itself. We were greeted with fish to spend at the lobby bar, valid for having a free drink (a much appreciated thought). The hotel is practically on central street, a couple of blocks from the Mississippi. Large and clean room. I would definitely go back if I had to. Presence of (convenient) paid parking in front of the hotel, price in line with the rest of the USA.

The staff were amazing. Welcome cocktail? Love. Free ear plugs? Love. Location was exceptional. Room was perfect and comfortable. Decor was lovely. Free pinball and games in lobby. Free fresh brewed coffee in lobby in the morning. The guests are wonderful as well! I cannot say enough about our stay. I loved it and my 9 year old boy loved it. And I’ll say it again: STAFF. Ali and Matt and everyone was amazing.

Sarah

we had drove all night and got there at 8am, the vallet was so nice and told us to pay the hourly, not overnight rate and he was really helpful. the girl at the counter was also very nice and understanding and graciously granted us a late check out. we didnt end up using it bc we had to be on the road and only needed to shower and take a quick nap, but it was a nice gesture.
